This privacy policy applies to Agnipankh Energy Private Limited(CIN to be updated), with its registered address at Bhau Institute, COEP Technological University, Wellesely Rd, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005, Maharashtra, India. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Agnipankh Energy Private Limited.

When you contact us, request a demo, use the savings calculator, or subscribe to updates, we collect:

  • • Name, email, company, designation, phone number, industry
  • • Inputs you provide to the savings calculator (consumption, prices, capacity)
  • • Free-text messages you submit through forms
  • • Standard web analytics: pages visited, referring source, UTM parameters, approximate location (city-level), device type

3. How we use it

  • • To respond to your inquiries and prepare proposals
  • • To track lead pipeline and follow up on pilot conversations
  • • To send product, pilot, and certification updates (only if you opt in)
  • • To measure how visitors use our website and improve content

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share information only with:

  • • Service providers we use to run the website (hosting, analytics, email delivery) — under data processing terms
  • • Government and regulatory authorities when required by law or for legal proceedings

We retain lead data for as long as the business relationship may be active, and for up to 7 years after the last interaction, to comply with tax and contractual record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained per the policies of our analytics providers (typically 14–26 months).
